In 2016 JJ Food Service commenced an expansion plan that involved a multimillion pound nationwide investment that brought with it the opening of 3 brand new depots. Newcastle, Leicester and Dagenham.

Miramar, after a lengthy tendering process were awarded works on all three sites to be completed in one year. Further to the design, manufacture, installation and service of refrigeration at all three sites Miramar were also awarded Mechanical services at Newcastle, Electrical services at Dagenham
and Newcastle.

Midway through the project, the electrical requirements at the Leicester site were proving too great a task for the contracted electrical supplier, so Miramar, at short notice were able to step in, rectify issues and bring the project in, still within original deadlines upheld.
